At Plank+Beam, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your furniture in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item and pack it securely into its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
